Mr. Paolo Chessa graduated in Economics and Business in 2002, and got a PhD in Finance and Business Organization in 2023. Since completing his studies, he has worked across various sectors, mainly in banking & finance and business consulting. He has consistently dealt with challenges in fields such as real estate, hospitality and tourism, events and entertainment, and large-scale retail. Thanks to these experiences and extended periods spent in several European countries —particularly the UK and Spain— he has developed a broad and diverse professional background in different cultural and social settings.

In recent years, working in collaboration with a team of professionals in the legal and economic fields, as well as in various other industries, he has been involved in a wide range of real estate projects. His work has included providing consultancy and support for individual projects and more complex operations at different stages of development. These include:

·         Renovation of real estate complexes, including changes of use

·         Property contributions as part of corporate transactions

·         Management of NPL (non-performing loan) procedures, both individual and collective

·         Establishment and administration of real estate companies in EU and non-EU jurisdictions

·         Advisory on financing options for new real estate projects and ongoing developments

·         Marketing and sale of high-end properties
