In recent years, he has specialized in complex real estate operations such as asset/share deals, renovations, NPL management, and company formation. His key skills include financial analysis, strategic planning, project management, and legal advisory. He is also experienced in marketing and selling luxury properties. Known for his problem-solving ability, he focuses on process optimization and cost efficiency. He brings strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to every project.
